Microbiology Application Laboratory

This laboratory is used for the practices of General Microbiology and Food Microbiology lectures.

The equipment in the laboratory includes incubators, pastor ovens, cooling incubators, laboratory type autoclave, refrigerator and 18 bunzen gas burners.

Students practice microbiological analysis and learn how the foods can be contaminated with bacteria, yeast and mould
