MINIMUM SCORES AND REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPLICATION
General Requirements:
a) Foreign candidates may apply on condition that they are in their last year of high school or they have been graduates.
b) The Candidates
1) Holding the nationality of the Republic of Turkey or the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, or having dual nationality rights, one of which is for the countries named above,
2) Being out of Turkish or the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus citizenship while holding a dual nationality and completing their high school education in the Republic of Turkey or the Republic of Northern Cyprus after 2011,
3) Holding the nationality of the Turkish Republic and completing their high school education in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus,
4) Having been expelled from a university in Turkey due to a disciplinary,
cannot apply as a foreign student.
Minimum Scores:
a) At least 40 standard score of Basic Learning Skills Test of YÖS,
b) In the SAT I, at least 1000 total score and at least 600 score in mathematics,
c) In the ACT (American College Testing), at least 21 points in Mathematics (Math), Science (Science Reasoning) and total (Composite)
ç) In the GCE (General Certificate Education / A Level Certificate) (at least 2 subjects)
d) Having I.B. (International Baccalaureate) with a diploma score of at least 28 according to the program they are going to apply,
e) ABITUR (German Baccalaureate) with a score of at least 4 points,
f) French Baccalaureate diploma with a diploma score of at least 12,
g) In the TAWJIHI examinations given in JORDAN and PALESTINE, a minimum average of 80 points out of 100 in all courses in the Scientific Stream
ğ) In the BAKALORYA (Baccalaureat Libanais) examination given in LEBANON, a diploma score of at least 14 in the Scientific Stream
h) In the AL-SAHADA-AL TAHANAWIYYA given in Syria, a minimum score of 180 over 240 is related at Scientific Stream for Engineering and Architecture Faculties, a minimum score of 170 is related from the other programs)
ı) In the GAOKAO examination given in China Republic, a minimum score of 480 over 750 is related from the program being applied to
i) In the Turk Republics with Turk and Relative Communities (TCS) Examination, a score of at least 50
j) Recipients of gold, silver or bronze medals in International Science Olympics recognized and participated by TUBITAK (Turkish Scientific and Research Center
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION
a) YÖS and SAT scores (of the last two years), the original or approved sample of the exam result (GCE, ACT, IB, TAWJIHI, BACCALAUREAT LIBANAIS, BACCALAUREAT FRANÇAIS, AL-SAHADA-AL TAHANAWIYYA, GAOKAO) or the result of an examination equivalent to these exams and the document of International Science Olympics approved by TUBİTAK.
b) Application form for the international students (available on the university website)
c) High school diploma or evidence of graduation and Official Transcript (A certified translation into Turkish of the document will be taken from the Turkish Embassy of the corresponding country)
ç) The copy of the page of your passport showing the personal identification information.
d) Tuition fee payment receipt.
e) 2 copies of passport-size photograph of the applicant.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION
a)High School diploma and "Equivalence Document" of the applicant's showing that their diploma is equal to those of Turkish High schools (this document is available at the Ministry of Education of the Turkish Republic or at the Turkish Embassy of the corresponding country)
b) The original copy of the exam result and a certified translation to English or to Turkish of the document is required as well.
c) The original copy of the passport and Turkish translated copy from Notary or Turkish Embassy.
ç) Tuition Fee payment receipt.
d) A copy of certificate of proficiency in Turkish approved by the Turkish Embassy of the corresponding country.
e) Foreign national identity number.
f) 12 copies of passport-size photograph of the applicant (4.5 cm. by 6 cm. photograph which can easily identify the applicant)
g) Permit of residence and the visa of education certified by Security Directorate.
